Your Role
As a Graduate Engineer at OSTTRA, you will work as a Client Manager within the triResolve team, serving as the first point of contact for some of the world’s leading financial institutions. You’ll support clients using our OTC derivative portfolio reconciliation platform, solve trade data issues, and guide new users through onboarding and training.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain deep insight into financial markets and technology, working cross-functionally with our global Product, Development, and Sales teams.
What You’ll Do
Client Onboarding & Support
• Lead client demos and onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and integration
• Provide proactive daily support to assigned clients via email, phone, and meetings
Trade Data Analysis & Resolution
• Analyze large datasets to ensure accurate portfolio reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies efficiently
• Stay informed on evolving regulatory requirements
Client Engagement & Training
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through regular check-ins and health reviews
• Deliver tailored training sessions and support advanced platform usage
Product Development Contribution
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and new features
• Work closely with Product and Development to define and test enhancements
• Help optimize workflows and service quality based on client feedback
About You
This role is ideal for someone newly graduated or early in their career who has client-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to grow in the financial technology sector.
We are looking for someone who has
• BSc o MSc in Engineering, Economics or equivalvent
• A good understanding of financial products, particularly OTC derivatives.
• A keen interest in technology, data analysis, and regulatory processes - experience with advanced Excel, Python, or SQL is a strong advantage
• If you have previous experience in post-trade or banking, that’s a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English - Swedish is a plus
