How do you bring structure to Regulatory Data when systems are many, processes vary, and requirements are increasing? We are looking for someone who wants to take a holistic approach to UDI, registrations, and data flows – and act as the link between Regulatory, IT, and the business.
Aboyt the role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment for six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the client company. There are opportunities for extension.

💼 Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Data & UDI Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating structure, alignment, and progress within Regulatory Data and ways of working in a global organization. The assignment involves managing a complex landscape of products, markets, and regulatory requirements, where data and processes are currently fragmented across different manufacturers.
You will map which products are sold in which markets and identify the applicable registration requirements for each, with a particular focus on UDI. An important part of the role is ensuring that the correct regulatory attributes are accurately maintained in systems and that data quality is sustained over time.
You will act as a bridge between Regulatory, IT, Master Data, and R&D, driving progress through clear requirements, structure, and collaboration.
Examples of responsibilities:
Map and ensure quality of Regulatory Data related to UDI and registrations
Ensure that the correct attributes are accurately maintained in systems and master data
Coordinate initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA and data flows
Act as a bridge between Regulatory, IT, Master Data, and R&D
🔍 Qualifications, experience and personal qualities
Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Experience working with Regulatory Data within MedTech or Life Sciences
Solid understanding of UDI and regulatory registration requirements
Experience working in complex, global organizations
Experience driving cross-functional work in matrix organizations
You are analytical and structured, with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture. You thrive in complex environments where not everything is fully defined, and where progress requires dialogue, clarity, and persistence. You have a strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions in processes and systems, and you are comfortable driving initiatives without formal authority.
