Tasks and responsibilities

As a Systems Engineer at ALIARO you work closely with both hardware and software, focusing on integrating, configuring, and developing test systems. The role is practical and varied, suited for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work in detail and taking ownership from setup to verification. You will troubleshoot across HW/SW boundaries, develop automation tools, and contribute to structured technical documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Integrating and configuring test and measurement systems

• Developing scripts and tools in Python for automation and workflows

• Working with NI platforms such as LabVIEW, VeriStand, PXI, and cRIO

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across hardware and software

• Verifying systems using electronics and PCB knowledge

• Writing clear technical documentation and following established processes

Education, experience and personal characteristics

• Previous experience as a Systems Engineer, Test Engineer, or Electronics Engineer

• Solid understanding of electronics and PCB fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with NI software, especially LabVIEW and VeriStand

• Good knowledge of Python for automation and integration

• Experience working across hardware and software in practical environments

• Very good communication skills in English
