Responsibilities
As PX (People Experience) Manager, you will oversee the entire HR function in Sweden—from labor law and union relations to payroll processes, recruitment, and employee development. This is a hands-on role covering everything from daily HR matters to driving improvements and implementing global guidelines. You will work closely with senior leadership and ensure smooth processes while contributing to efficiency and change initiatives.
Your agenda will include annual salary reviews, onboarding, development cycles in Q7, and projects related to workplace environment and policy changes. You will also manage collective agreement matters, negotiations, and union relations (Unionen, Sveriges Ingenjörer). The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to build trust, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. You report to the Chief People Experience Officer based at the group’s headquarters in Brussels.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law and manage union relations (MBL, collective agreements)
- Oversee and quality-assure the payroll process in collaboration with an external consultant
- Drive the HR annual cycle: salary reviews, performance reviews, and onboarding
- Implement global guidelines and work with HR systems (Flex HRM, Q7)
- Support managers in recruitment, change management, and employee development
Qualifications and personal attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Approximately 8 years of broad HR experience in a similar role, such as HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Several years of experience working in an international environment and matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law, MBL, and collective agreements
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
