The role is based in the firm’s Stockholm office, where you’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing internal team supporting professionals across the international organization.
Tasks and responsibilities
As a Talent Assistant, you’ll be supporting a variety of key processes, including:
- Support Talent Managers in executing various career development (CD) steps within Workday.
- Run the feedback process in Workday, including the creation, monitoring, and calibration of feedback requests—an essential part of the Career Development and Learning cycle.
- Prepare CD materials and templates for committee meetings and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain and update CD data and reports, supporting robust tracking and analysis.
- Assist in internal communication efforts, creating clear and compelling content and materials to support CD initiatives.

- Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles; experience from HR, finance, or professional services is considered a merit.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages such as Swedish are an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment; prior experience in global organizations is a plus.
- Understanding of digital tools and collaboration platforms; familiarity with Workday is a strong advantage.
To thrive in this role, you are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive. You take ownership of your work, follow through on tasks independently, and have a natural curiosity that drives you to learn and improve. You’re flexible and able to manage shifting priorities with a calm and solution-focused mindset. With a collaborative and positive attitude, you contribute to a strong team dynamic and communicate clearly with people at all levels. Discretion and professionalism come naturally to you, and you understand the importance of accuracy, reliability, and trust in every aspect of your work.
