This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client company. There are good opportunities for an extension of the assignment.

Bravura is looking for an HR Administrator for a global Shared Service Center on behalf of our client. Tasks and responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you play a central role in delivering efficient and compliant HR services within the organization. You are responsible for managing employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes and salary adjustments, and offboarding. Your duties also include registering and updating consultant data, as well as managing various types of leave such as sick leave, parental leave, and vacation.
You play an important role in payroll management and collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate processes. The role also involves administrative support within compensation and benefits, as well as continuous monitoring and maintenance of time and attendance systems. In addition, you will produce HR-related reports and analyses to support strategic decisions within the organization. A key part of the role is ensuring that all HR processes comply with labor laws, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and internal guidelines and policies.
- Managing employee data and the employee lifecycle
- Registering and updating consultant data, as well as leave administration
- Payroll management and collaboration with external payroll providers
- Administration within compensation and benefits, and handling of time and attendance systems
- Producing HR-related reports and analyses
- Ensuring HR processes comply with labor law, GDPR, and internal policies and guidelines
Education, experience and personal qualities
- A few years of experience in HR, preferably within Shared Services or equivalent
- Experience with HR processes, labor law, payroll administration, and compliance standards
- Knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Fluent in Swedish, English, and German, both spoken and written
