Customer Success
Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist, you are responsible for onboarding customers in the HR system. You will project manage the implementation of the system for customers, enhance their HR practices, and educate managers in the system. You will support customers in the German market, as well as the Swedish market.
In this role, you will become an expert in Hailey's HR system through close collaboration with developers to continuously improve the system and its functionalities. You will represent HR departments needs internally, thereby enabling the system to be the absolute best in the market!
• Onboard customers onto the HR system, manage system implementation projects, and educate managers
• Support customers in both the Swedish and German markets
• Collaborate closely with developers to enhance the HR system continuously
• Advocate for HR department needs internally to ensure the system's excellence
Education and Experience
• Completion of post-secondary education in HR or an equivalent degree
• Fluent in German & Swedish (professional level) with great English skills (speech and writing)
• Experience within HR/equivalent is beneficial
