This role is part of the Power Product Division, which focuses on delivering high-quality electrical distribution solutions. As a Sales Specialist, you will primarily work in southern Sweden, engaging with customers across various industries. The position requires frequent travel within the region, including a few overnight stays per month.
Tasks and responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for Universal Enclosures. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers. A key part of your role will be to build and maintain relationships with distributors, panel builders, machine builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies while also providing technical and commercial support to customers. In addition, you will analyze market trends, develop strategies to capture new opportunities, and leverage digital tools for customer management. The role requires frequent travel to meet customers and develop business relationships, while also dedicating time to administrative tasks as needed.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers (60% new business, 40% existing accounts).
- Promoting Universal Enclosure products and solutions, providing technical and commercial support to customers.
Education, experience and personal characteristics
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales within a B2B environment
- Experience in electrical distribution, manufacturing, or industrial solution selling
- Drivers license
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
