Responsibilites
As the Operations Manager for Supply Chain, you will lead and manage two operational teams consisting of 15 employees: Product & Price Operations and Partner Operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and improving the delivery experience, ensuring high delivery precision, and meeting agreed delivery times. You will closely monitor and analyze KPIs, including lead times, claims rates, and partner performance metrics, to ensure alignment with company goals and propose improvements where necessary. Furthermore, you will identify and implement improvements in operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
An important part of the role is to manage and develop teams within each operational area while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. You will actively work to align the teams' mindset with the company's values – Responsibility, Simplicity, Challenge, Together – and contribute by providing training, coaching, and feedback to strengthen performance at both individual and group levels.
You will report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and be part of a commercial and local management team.

Qualifications and Personal Characteristics
- Experience in leading operational and cross-functional teams, with personnel and performance responsibility.
- Experience in change management and successfully implementing change processes within organizations.
- Preferably experience in supply chain management, e-commerce logistics, customs handling, or dropshipping models.
- Preferably experience in using Transport Management Systems or analytical tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
