We are currently looking for a Campus Coordinator to support a large, office‑based organisation in the Nordics. This is a key on‑site role with a strong administrative focus, working closely with a Campus Manager and acting as the primary local point of contact.
About the role
This is a full-time position and a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by the company, while the recruitment process is managed by Bravura.
As Campus Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring smooth, structured and professional day‑to‑day operations on site. You will work closely with the Campus Manager and act as the primary on‑site contact for coordination, administration and workplace‑related matters.
The role is primarily administrative and combined with on‑site coordination and some reception‑related responsibilities. You will be seated in an open reception environment, which requires the ability to remain focused, organised and professional even when activity levels are high.
The organisation is highly process‑driven and detail‑oriented, making accuracy, reliability and consistency essential for success in this role.
You will join a well‑established, Nordic organisation with a strong focus on structure, quality and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Main responsibilities
Act as the primary on‑site contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support administrative and financial processes, including purchase orders, invoice handling and follow-ups
Support monthly and quarterly financial activities (no budget responsibility)
Handle reception duties such as calls, emails, post, packages and visitor coordination
Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
Coordinate meetings and on‑site events during office hours
Support fleet‑related administration and other ad hoc administrative tasks
Coordinate IT‑related tasks together with the Campus Manager
Who we are looking for
This position suits a structured and detail‑oriented administrator who enjoys working according to established processes and deadlines. You are comfortable working independently in a role that is closely integrated with the organisation and are able to maintain focus and professionalism in an open office and reception environment.
You value structure, take responsibility for your tasks and remain calm and service‑minded even during busier periods.
Requirements
Experience from a similar administrative, office coordination or workplace support role
Good understanding of administrative financial flows, such as invoices and purchase orders
Strong organisational skills and a structured, process‑driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality
Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
Strong administrative and system skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and deliver results within set deadlines
A professional and composed demeanour in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
Previous experience from a process‑driven or regulated environment
Background within administration connected to finance, facilities or workplace services
Experience working in an open office or reception‑based environment
