HR Consultant – Compensation & Benefits

About the Position
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts until June 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client in Malmö, an international company in the entertainment and technology sector.

Job Responsibilities
As a HR Consultant, you will support the rewards manager with the day-to day tasks concerning compensation related questions, while working closely with HR colleagues and managers to ensure smooth reward processes such as salary reviews, benchmarking, benefits administration, and reporting. You will also contribute to the ongoing project to implement pay transparency in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, assist with job evaluations, market analyses, and internal equity reviews, and ensure that compensation practices comply with Swedish labor law and company guidelines.
- Support day-to-day compensation and benefits
- Work closely with HR and managers on salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration
- Contribute to the implementation of pay transparency
- Assist with job evaluations and market analyses
Education, Experience, and Personal Characteristics
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar
- A few years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or a related HR role
- Experience with salary review processes, benchmarking, and/or benefits administration
- Strong skills in Excel and comfortable working with HR data
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required; knowledge of Swedish is considered a merit
- Good knowledge in Office 365
