About the Company
OXE Marine is a Swedish innovation company that, since its founding in 2012, has grown into a leading player in marine diesel technology. OXE Marine develops and manufactures the world’s first high-performance diesel outboard engines – a sustainable, fuel-efficient, and powerful alternative to traditional gasoline engines. The products are aimed at professional users with high demands on reliability, performance, and operating economy, such as in rescue services and commercial marine operations.
With headquarters in Ängelholm and production facilities in countries such as Poland and the USA, the company has a global presence and works closely with distributors and resellers around the world. OXE Marine’s patented technology enables lower fuel consumption, longer range, and significantly reduced emissions – paving the way for a more sustainable future at sea.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing and monitoring supplier quality through evaluations and audits. You’ll manage any deviations and handle complaints toward suppliers. Since the company is aiming for ISO-9001 certification, a key part of your role will be to develop and maintain quality-related processes by creating clear instructions and routines, as well as managing and coordinating the quality management system.
